Do you offer custom plans? +
Yes. Every business is different, so alongside our standard Starter, Growth and Enterprise tiers we build fully custom plans around your goals, budget and the channels you need. Book a free strategy call and we will put together a tailored quote — no obligation.
Are there any long-term contracts or lock-ins? +
No lock-ins. Our monthly retainers are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month through results, not contracts. Yearly plans are paid annually in exchange for a lower effective monthly rate.
How much do I save by paying yearly? +
Switching to yearly billing saves you up to 17% compared to the monthly rate on all retainer services (SEO, performance marketing, social media, lead generation, content and AI marketing). The exact saving is shown live on each plan when you toggle to Yearly.
Is ad spend included in the price? +
No — for performance marketing and paid lead generation, the price you see is our management fee only. Your ad spend (the money paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is separate and goes directly to the platforms. We are always transparent about which is which, so you know exactly where every rupee goes.
Are there any setup or hidden fees? +
No hidden fees. Setup, onboarding and strategy are included in your first month for retainer plans. One-time projects like web design and branding are quoted as a single all-in fee. Anything outside your plan scope is always quoted and approved by you before any work begins.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch services at any time as your needs change. Most clients start with one service and expand once they see results — and we make moving between tiers seamless.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee? +
Yes. Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with how we have started within the first 30 days, we will make it right or refund your management fee.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept? +
Prices are shown in USD for clarity, and we invoice in USD, INR or your local currency on request. We accept bank transfer, card, UPI and major international payment methods. Yearly plans can be split into instalments on request.
Can I bundle multiple services together? +
Yes — and it is usually the smartest move. Bundling services like SEO + content, or performance marketing + lead generation, gives you a joined-up funnel and a better blended rate. Tell us your goals and we will design a combined package with bundle pricing.
I am a small business — is there an affordable option? +
Yes. Our Starter tiers are built specifically for small businesses and startups that want professional, credible marketing without enterprise budgets. We will scope a plan to your sales capacity so you are never paying for more than you can act on.
